The time capsule
Hi Esther!! How are you?!
Things are going well enough for me. About two years into my program. Looking forward to working with patients soon on clinic. Also looking forward to serving in the military. So much to look forward to. But also so much to look back on. I've realized reading through some older posts 90% of the time I would post about school and the random stresses of life. And it is still same to this day. Dangit, the life as a student, or maybe just my life in general. It's funny because many of my classmates see me as this zen master or something, peaceful under pressure. But obviously, turmoil is abound, deeper and covered up. But I've survived. I've learned to manage school life and a social life a little better now. Dental school ain't too bad. Except the handful of quizzes and projects due this week and the oral pathology exam next week... -.-
And wow, I really appreciate this blog. I wanted to look up when I actually thought about dentistry as a career and it was around 2004 I started to think about it. There was also this other post in 2006 about dentistry vs medicine. Hah.
I might start writing on this again. Might.
