ill buy a plot of land
ill tell 99 ranch (the executives, if hey have any [never too sure with these asian ppl]) that fresno is a booming market and that there are tons of asians (lots of hmongs too, which they'll hafta cater to) and they'll rake in money
and, ill try to take some percentage of the profits... because i own the land (but how do i get them to build on it? maybe ill buy the land, and let them build their store on it)
