In the quest for finding a more perfect ice cream product, I searched around and pondered how I could smoothen this summer-treat.
Possibly using a little corn starch? We'll have to experiment with that...
Or... maybe by adding a small amount of whipping cream... to add to the fat, which theoretically (in my mind) would contribute to the desired consistency.
We shall experiment.
